To explore this question, Bob Brett, who dedicated his career to coaching tennis players with great achievements and recognition, including Boris Becker (who was world’s number one champion and winner of six Grand Slams), Goran Ivanisevic (number world’s number two champion and Wimbledon champion) and Marin Cilic (number 24 in the world ranking), tells his experience, along with Roger Martin, director of Rotman School of Management, Canada. Currently a consultant to Tennis Canada, the national management board of tennis, Brett is writing a book on coaching in partnership with Roger Martin.
